Toll Brothers Opens 43 Luxury Townhomes for Sale in Redondo Beach

Toll Brothers has opened its newest Southern California coastal community — Toll Brothers at Redondo Beach — for sale, the company announced in a Sept. 14 press release. The exclusive community of 43 luxury townhomes sits on Pacific Coast Highway in the heart of the South Bay coastal corridor.

The offsite sales center at 101 N Pacific Coast Highway, Unit 102, opened this past Saturday, Sept. 19. Model homes are expected to open in early 2027, so buyers who come in now can take advantage of pre-model pricing.

The three-story residences range from 1,400 to 2,200 square feet with open-concept layouts, three bedrooms, attached two-car garages, and the option to personalize interiors with premium finishes. Homes are priced from $2 million.
